Triage and resolve data issues and construct complex reports using SQL queries and stored procedures. Develop scripts to automate troubleshooting using TSQL or other similar scripting languages. Set up, maintain, and manage client and provider SSO configurations, FTP accounts, OAuth clients, content integrations and platform configurations. Topics include, but are not limited to GDPR, T-SQL, ElasticSearch, Kibana, C#, JSON, SSO.

Served as the primary POC for all data and IT related matters in the PMO. Oversaw various data and reporting systems. Responsible for organizing, storing and analyzing data as efficiently as possible. Supported 30+ employees in person from the PMO and collaborate with more from HQ's. Tasks included, but were not limited to setting up and troubleshooting proprietary and COTS software, printers, LAN's, WAN's, switches, Cisco desk phones, setting up computers for new employees and customers, creating and executing SQL scripts for reporting and troubleshooting needs, working with DOMO BI platform to create and manage ongoing reporting needs. Maintain high level of security working with PCI data on corporate servers and databases. Support a large internal merchant configuration application by providing assistance with user access, application issues, questions, and training. Create ad-hoc SQL queries for functions that are not supported by the application(s). Experience with corporate databases, specifically Microsoft SQL Server. Programming experience with the C# language. Create simple .NET business applications as needed. Set up web applications using IIS on corporate servers. Create innovative ways to mold software to various business practices. Create custom reporting for customers. Work with internal systems and databases (Microsoft Access) to keep customer records organized and available. Also work remotely with customer databases using ODBC when issues arise. Train others (employees and customers) on business processes and practices.
