CurrentAs the Director of Client Relations at drvn, I lead the Account Management and Project Management teams, making sure we deliver exceptional service—whether it's handling day-to-day client needs or managing large, complex transportation projects. My focus is simple: build strong client relationships, guide my teams to deliver their best, and keep our pricing on track—no surprises, just results.I’ve had the privilege of securing the biggest contract in drvn’s history and overseeing some of the largest events we’ve ever managed, bringing in around $30MM in revenue. But at the end of the day, it’s not just about numbers (though they do help!). It's about ensuring every client feels unique, and confident in our care, and that each project runs so smoothly they hardly need to think about it.
