Additionally, she was a part of the team that implemented our new CRM. Normally this process unfolds over the course of a year. However, we were challenged to develop and execute our instance in 12 weeks. Brailey’s ability to handle this challenge was impressive. She did not waiver in her resolve to tackle the tasks assigned to her; single-handedly building our campus visit interface, outreach campaigns and recruiting events. I am excited to see what paths present themselves to Brailey as she continues her professional journey.
