Perform role as a client liaison to build and maintain supportive partnership with the client. To provide first grade service to client by seeing to all their labour outsourcing requirements. Ensure Site requirements and Site specific needs are understood and met. Maintaining and producing reports for clients and senior management. Consult with the Client in terms of improving productivity vs Headcount. In liaison with Client- Control the rotation of staff on various sites and ensuring that the correct number and category of staff are supplied at all times. Ensure all Client complaints/enquiries are resolved timeously or reported to the Ops Manager. Monitor time and attendance on Sites. Discipline of staff:- Address all human resources issues concerning all assignees. Generate and submit Site Reports to the Client and Ops manager, related to the Monitoring of time and attendance; disciplinary issues on Site, other relevant information. Arrange and control recruitment and training of assignees as back-up / replacement staff /peak. Project future recruitment requirements for Site in liaison with the Client and ensure they are met Ensure that all new employees have completed their appointment documents. Ensure your understanding of the Site Rate breakdown as well as that of your assignees. Ensure that hours are correctly calculated and allocated on timesheets Distribute wage slips to assignees and deal with Wage queries arising. Deliver invoices on a monthly/weekly basis and ensure Attend weekly meetings with Head of Departments regarding all Site Issues / Operations Ensure Clients Productivity Targets are met Ensure Pilferage and housekeeping is in line with clients requirements Implementing strategies to curb theft on site
