Thank you for your interest in my profile. Technology and Learning have always been a fascination for me, as well as inspiring others to succeed. Microsoft has given me the opportunity to grow and develop as an individual and a peer. Also, helping to create and maintain the diverse and inclusive environment that Microsoft promotes is something I am committed to wholeheartedly. Within the first year and a half at Microsoft I was promoted from Product Advisor to Inventory Control Expert, then to Retail Learning Specialist where I was able to empower others with learning and product passion. Along the way, I won the Fall Creators Challenge in 2017 for exceptional Product Demo skills. After Covid, I became a Direct Sales and Support associate for my Hub. I then became the FAM of Nashville's WSS Team for a year. During that time, I was excited to join the WSS SMB Pilot Program. I was honored to be asked to join the second WSS OASM Pilot Program where I continue to drive significant impact while empowering my colleagues to achieve more. I look forward to new opportunities to grow and develop my skills while exceeding expectations.
