Senior Management Executive charged with day-to-day planning, operating, marketing, financial, legislative / regulatory, administrative, building services and insurance affairs for the organization, its programs, services and for the CRCAK’s wholly owned for-profit Family Law Resource Center subsidiary. Worked to drive strategic planning, annual budgeting processes and Board involvement. After first year, realigned budget process, initiated GAAP models, prepared and executed Strategic Planning Program to achieve organizational goals through the year 2008. Orchestrated donation of outdated proprietary computer system, with oversight of the conversion to an open architecture system allowing for full integration of all hardware and software peripherals, with results in measurable gains in organizational productivity and efficiency. Executed a multi-media advertising, public relations and marketing campaigns to increase the visibility and market penetration, which achieved and maintained 98% member retention (despite zero start-up membership). Devised 4 new programs to further expand market reach resulting in profit growth -- a Parental Access Transfer Site, Family Law Resource Center, Employer Benefit Program, and 24-hour Child Care Center for Single Parents.Cultivated interest in government coalitions and leveraged resources to strengthen an active volunteer government affairs organization. Acted as liaison with legislators on numerous pieces of legislation. Concurrently, generated two new positions to develop an that actualized financial stability within the development and marketing, volunteer and membership divisions. Designed and implemented the first organization-wide salary and benefit program for administrative staff and board members.
