Co-created 7 diverse factions (Celts, Persians, etc) for Age of Empires: Online. Including story arcs, mission arcs, unit design, hero abilities & tuning, tutorial missions, Civ-specific game modes, quest giver dialogue, and equipment descriptions.Created 3 PvE game modes. Most notable was an invasion mode that required extremely careful strategic avenues of attack & defense, resource locations and amounts, and tuning 12 difficulty levels for 7 factions, on 13 very different map designs. Responsible for final approval of fun & functionality of 80 missions. Created 150+ missions & associated level designs, level design & LUA scripting for 8 cities, used C# & LUA to create the logic for 5 factions.Co-designed passive abilities a faction can "equip" to change player strategy (name: Civ Techs), co-designed Civ Tech unlock trees and Civ Tech tuning. Mentored and co-managed 3 junior game designers, participated in roadmap creation & inter-departmental planning, triaged & fixed roughly 3000 bugs.
