Plan and execute full-service communication solutions in the areas of customer outreach, multimedia presentations and training, web development and webcasts, and announcements. Service, inform and instruct on new or enhanced programs, products, and services that improve the process effectiveness of patent users.Manage and direct the activities of four divisions responsible for (1) Automation Training Services (ATS):- providing Patent examiners and staff with training and support on mission-critical patent automation, desktop and search tools. (2) Collaboration Communication and Web Services (CCWS):- providing patents communications tools; marketing; development and maintenance of web-based applications, web pages, and SharePoint sites; purchasing; and group/service printer support.; (3) Digital Media Services (DMS):- providing production services, including concept development along with production & post production. For an all-in-one script-to-screen solution, DMS can write, produce, and edit a finished product that fits any project objective. and (4) Patent Telework Business and Administration (PTBA):- providing day-to-day support, operation, administrative functions, and development of Patents telework and hoteling program applications.
