Throughout my work career, I have faced various challenges that have allowed me to discover my ability to identify, unravel and solve problems effectively. Always with a customer-centric approach and making decisions based on data.During my time at Indexa Capital, I collaborated with different teams to implement and optimize processes in both back-office and front-office, managing to become the first profitable roboadvisor and one of the main Fintech companies in Spain. At the end of my time at the company, we had achieved 28x in clients and 22x in assets under management.My transition to Senniors, one of the most promising Healthtech companies in Spain, involved facing the challenges inherent in changing to such a different sector. Since then, I have focused my efforts on improving internal operations, providing quality services to our clients and facilitating data-based decision making.
