- Take on a leadership role to ensure and provide assurance of IDSO compliance with the Group OneIT Security Framework.- Ensure proper control selection. Check assignment of proper control ownership- Support the IDSO Risk Managers in education, awareness and communication of IT security issues and risks; as well as provide steer and influence of behaviours of staff as part of mitigating these risks.- Check for DE & OE approvals before taking control handover and Remediates control failures (including past error investigation) to mitigate risk exposure.- Vulnerability management – work with CDT team, Service Managers and suppliers to mitigate vulnerabilities.- Manage supplier related issues. • PCI DSS Market Assessment for Shell L1, L2 and L3 Markets• Providing consultancy for PCI DSS, PCI PIN, P2PE, security risks on other payment related infrastructure.• Review Shell’s information security and related risks, threats, vulnerabilities, legal and regulatory and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance.• Planning and executing VA/PT for PCI markets and actively conduct triages on the reports.• Participating in RFP/ RFI processes, reviewing third party responses.• Actively engaged in Finding Management process improvement and reduced sizable numbers of findings from PCI perspective.• Updating, evergreening PCI framework and internal PCI process, policies.• Support in development of tooling to support IRM and PCI processes and ensuring this is fit for purpose.• Active participation in the Assurance and Architecture level discussions and engagements. • Ensuring and supporting that PCI Attestations of Compliance (AoCs) and Reports on Compliance (RoC) are created and reviewed where relevant. This includes supporting Market Self-Assessment Questionnaires and external assessments where relevant. • Actively participate in IRM team and community meetings, representing IRM and Business interests in applying setting • Support maintenance and development of the PCI Control Framework and related processes and procedures

- Involved throughout the implementation lifecycle right from requirements gathering to delivery of the solution (Go-Live). - Analyze customer needs during the requirements discovery phase. Responsible for capturing complete requirements by lessoning with all the stake holders and getting the BRD formulated. - Formulate the solution design of the product based on the BRD. - Develop proto-types of the solution, along wire frame depictions in order to help the client in getting a good understanding of the end product. - Work with the development team and review their design to ensure that there is no deviation from the requirement.- Come up with innovative and creative solutions that will show impact on the client’s business in terms of savings in man-power, time, or costs.- Understand data management/integration requirements and develop Smart data management solutions to help customers with managing large amount of data. - Help the client with industry best practices in designing certain business processes such as Campaigns, Ticket management, etc.- Formulate test plans for User Acceptance Testing and conduct the same.- Provide end user training.- Conduct internal and external support hand off post Go-Live.
