• Partnering with Private Bankers as well as all product partners, to provide a high level of sales and product experience and support the bank in all aspects of marketing, prospecting, presentation preparations, reporting and regulatory requirements. • Responsible for the entire process of new to bank client acquisition starting from identifying the prospected clients, delivering customised financial solutions favourable for business to completing facility availment • Conducting business development initiatives on a self start basis for both Citibank and its channel partners • Developing network of contacts internally and externally for cultivation of business introductions • Working with client and Private Banker, On-boarding team, Associate Banker and Client Services team to facilitate account opening and completion of the mandatory documentation especially related to business across lending, treasury, capital markets and cash management products • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in line with the policies of the Citibank • Appropriately assessing risks when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policies, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Business Banking Group - Acquisition of New to Bank Clients, Handled a portfolio consisting of 70+ Clients adding up value worth Rs 400 crores and simultaneously supporting above the line income.Similarly adding income from the portfolio by possessing clients CASA, Corporate salary relationship, Corporate credit cards and Life Insurance.

 Acquisition of New–to–Bank Business Banking MSME relationships through the CRM and Knowledge Banking approach. Collaborate with the Risk, Operations and service teams to ensure delivering better TAT of Loans delivery and smooth on-boarding of the client. Regularly Engage with colleagues in Branch Banking.

Analyzing the balance sheets of various North American, Canadian & Indian companies listed on their respective country`s stock exchanges on the Bloomberg Terminal and calculating, reviewing various ratios as required.
