I have always operated under the idea that the whole is always better than the sum of its parts, that every member of an organization is important and should be comfortable expressing ideas, thoughts or opinions. I have always been recognized for thinking outside of the box and for recognizing and resolving any issues that arise in day to day operations. I have always believed that beneficial ideas are not only created by upper level management and that entertaining ideas, regardless of their origin can lead to bigger solutions.
