I’ve managed multiple teams, small (4-6) to large (15-20), with a wide range of experience and skillsets, across multiple technical platforms with varying levels of business criticality.In this role, I currently oversee one of CommerceHub's Public Marketplace integration platforms, supporting programs on Amazon, eBay, Target+, Walmart and many others on behalf of high-value industry brands.

I’ve managed multiple teams, small (4-6) to large (15-20), with a wide range of experience and skillsets, across multiple technical platforms with varying levels of business criticality.My main accomplishments during this time period revolved around supporting features for the internationalization of our core drop-ship platform, as well as creation of a cloud-native inventory management platform capable of supporting 100+ million transactions per day across CommerceHub's 15,000+ partner network.

In this role, my key responsibilities were to oversee the team responsible for the collective health of CommerceHub's multiple production and non-prod application environments.Main Accomplishments:- Led the team resource allocation between daily tasks, improvement projects, and production incidents- Owned project timelines, scope and delivery- Improved our incident management processes and engineering documentation- Responsible for team activity reporting, 1:1 and team meetings, performance reviews, and building and maintaining partnerships with external teams.

As an Operations Engineer, I was responsible for implementing tooling and processes to successfully administer and oversee multiple CommerceHub production application environments. Main Accomplishments:- Quantified and led ongoing collaboration efforts to improve monitoring, application and system health and availability for our core platform.- Led the daily remediation of operational anomalies, as well as reporting of partner behavior and trends to Product Management- Built internal tools for our support teams to monitor and query production systems activity using SQL, Graphite, Jenkins and Sensu.

During my time as a support representative, I learned a great deal about how to communicate with external and internal stakeholders. I split my time between emails and phone calls, and really got to know the partners on the network, along with the issues they faced. I gained a great perspective about how we operated as a company and how we could better serve our clients. This position laid the foundation for my career at CommerceHub.

In this role, I worked on a team that provided tier 2 support for point-of-sales systems in Transworld’s FYE, Strawberries and Coconuts retail stores. I learned a lot about team communications and supporting daily workflows in a professional, technical support-based environment.
