The company had just merged with another company at that time. Both companies had the same base opperations but they had very different documentation systems. My project consisted of making one handbook wich was 100% up to date and applicable for the 'new' company. All this had to be dont before the up-comming IFS audit. I also had to start/make a Food.

Both Laboratory Analysts had to go on theire vacation at the same time. After my intership at Duyvis Productions in the quality department, the head of the laboratory asked me to take over the lab (together with a production worker). We did mostly calibrations, chemical analyses and documentation.
