I will help you to find the right tools, and the trust in yourself to act in a way that lets your energy flow.I like the comfort and safety from being “home”. To me that is my house in the countryside, my family, my friends, my music, and my pleasures. We all need that place of safety to gather courage or to seek refuge. Yet often our sense of purpose and the beauty of life happens outside the comfort of our homes. Exploring this can require some courage. Courage that is sometimes not easy to find. I would like to inspire you and help you find that courage and confidence in yourself, your team, your company. During a fulfilling career of more than thirty years as coach and manager in the energy sector, I worked with wonderful and extremely talented people to create strategies to achieve ambitious climate goals. I also mentored many people in their professional and personal development. I am now an independent coach, where I can give my full attention to your progress and wellbeing, whilst getting the sense of purpose and satisfaction in life that I continue to search for within myself.
