The startup Maerdeau BV is participating in the Incubation Program of the Brightlands Innovation Factory. The Incubation Program provides workshops, knowledge, their network and hands-on help to make startups successful in the region Limburg.

During my internship at the Brightlands Innovation Factory I made an competitors analysis for the startup Maerdeau BV. By analyzing the product competitors I provided an strategic marketing recommendation.

The aim of this project was to analyze the organization in the context of management and change. The goal was to analyze the internal organization and indicate the current phase of the organization, to formulate an appropriate advice for the Operations Department to grow in a controlled way.
