I coach many clients from all ages and backgrounds, and am so proud of this branch of my career, mainly because it gives me the proper one-on-one time to listen, guide, laugh and reframe situations to offer a path forward for those stuck on their journey. My own experience through adversity comes into play, as do my studies in Hinduism, psychology and mindfulness. I am here to help.Coaching sessions take place virtually or in-person in 60-minute blocks of time. All topics are welcome, all is 100% confidential on my end. Homework is usually assigned throughout the sessions and sessions are available à la carte or in packages of 5, 10 or 20 sessions.
