As a physicist, I am fascinated by the world around us. In particular, the field of condensed matter physics captivates me due to its diversity and numerous applications. I am especially eager to investigate the physical processes that occur on the atomic scale. Because of this interest, I joined the Scanning Probe Microscopy department at Radboud University. Here, I investigated different local effects in superconductors from both experimental and theoretical perspectives. Collaborating with the scientists in this research group enhanced my skills in, for example, working with UHV systems and coding in MATLAB. People describe me as a curious person who always strives for the best. I face challenges with an analytical and pragmatic mindset and want to use this to collaborate in a team that seeks creative solutions to complex problems.
