Responsibilities; • Managing a team of 64 European sponsored Athletes.• Activation of sponsored Athletes in all action sports disciplines: Snow/Ski/Surf/Kite/Wake.• Responsible for European Team and Event Budget.• Contract negotiation and re-negotiation.• Working with third parties to scout future talent.• Procure co-sponsorship for all European events.• Organization of major European action sports events including PKRA O’Neill Kiteboard World Cup, ASP 6* Cold Water Classic Scotland and 6* TTR O’Neill Evolution.• Activation of Global Team in Europe.• Content production for marketing channels.• Management of regional European marketing managers in regards to local Team and Events.
