Led cost-effective management and execution of production and assembly line operations by efficiently directing the workshop team of six mechanics and assembly workers. Prepared schedules, assigned duties and targets, identified underperforming individuals, and promoted a productive working ambience at all times. Sourced inventory parts to meet the needs of European assembly parts, while negotiating with vendors at optimal prices and favourable terms and conditions. Served as a primary contact for consumers and distributors to assess, evaluate, and meet service and spare part demands, while supporting the start-up business with a main objective to produce electric vehicles.Accomplishments:● Rejuvenated the whole operation department from a simple workshop, assembling 40 electric vehicles a year into an assembly line for facilitating the growth up to 250 vehicles yearly, while staying within low budget. Build a team of 6 mechanics & assembly line workers. Reduced the assembly and testing time from 24 manhours per vehicle to 8 man hours.● Streamlined quality control in the assembly line by following standards, encouraging team members to comply with guidelines, and implementing new and effective measures. ● Built a large inventory on Asian spare parts almost from scratch for sending out replacement parts to customers within one working day.
