I lead the KIMAR project with a diverse team of designers from Nigeria, China, India, England and USA. ZAKKI is a social platform dedicated to supporting SMEs and helping individuals with disabilities make their products and services more accessible to customers, while also providing free business assistance and consultation. My responsibilities include:- Managing a multicultural team: I coordinate and lead a global team of designers, facilitating effective collaboration across different time zones and cultural contexts to ensure that project goals are met efficiently and creatively.- Creating an integrated Design System: I develop a comprehensive design system that unifies design principles, components, and patterns, streamlining the design process and ensuring consistency and quality across all product interfaces.- Concepting products and defining business metrics: In partnership with the Product Owner and Project Manager, I conceptualize new product ideas and establish business metrics to align product development with strategic objectives and measure success effectively.

I manage the design and development of key products, including the Goldenbird Dispatch - Central Reservation System, Goldenbird Operation System, Goldenbird Self-Reservation, Goldenbird Driver App, Bigbird Driver App, Bigbird Portal, School Bus System, MyBB Parent App - School Bus System, Corporate Logistic Solution, Corporate Portal, E-Timesheet and E-Billing. My role involves:- Leading the entire design process, from initial research and brainstorming to visualizing concepts into high-fidelity designs and prototyping for Goldenbird products, which resulted in increased user satisfaction scores by 40% using Net Promoter Score (NPS).- Conducting field research in diverse environments such as airports and hotels to gather user insights, contributing to a 40% reduction in operational inefficiencies through optimized workflows for Dispatcher.- Ensuring product alignment with business objectives by performing metric analysis from both business and user perspectives, which led to a 40% boost in user engagement rates following the launch of new School Bus Tracker feature in MyBB6 app.- Driving usability testing with key users to validate prototypes and ensure that final releases meet design, concept, and metric specifications, contributing to an overall improvement of 20% in key performance indicators for Goldenbird Operation system.
