During my tenure at Cabinet Office, I was a Senior Advisor within the issues team. Here, I briefed the Premier’s Office, Deputy Minister of Communications Office, and the Secretary of the Cabinet’s Office on issues within a diverse portfolio of ministries, including the Ministry of Attorney General, Ministry of the Solicitor General, Ministry of Finance, Treasury Board Secretariat, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs.As the project management lead for the 2023 Auditor General Report, I provided strategic direction to ministries throughout the Ontario Public Service. My role involved ensuring their readiness to address the report's findings and keeping my clients (Premier’s Office, Cabinet Office, and Secretary of Cabinet’s Office) informed about all developments and responses.I also oversaw Cabinet Office’s participation in Estimate Hearings, marking the ministry's firstappearance in over 50 years. I took measures to thoroughly prepare my clients and conducted a post-mortem analysis to enhance the Cabinet Office's readiness for any future hearings.

During my tenure at the Ministry of Education, I fulfilled various roles, including, acting as a team lead for an eight-person team and as the media spokesperson. In these capacities, I provided proactive and reactive issues management advice to the Minister’s office.I lead high-priority files at the Ministry of Education, including Indigenous Education and Well Being, Special Education/Mental Health and the Education Equity Secretariat. My role entailed developing briefing notes, Q&As, media responses, and other communication materials for key announcements and emerging issues.I served as a lead during the Ministry of Education's involvement in several crucial government projects, such as the Association of Municipalities Conference, the Rural Association of Municipalities Conference and Estimates Hearings.
