As Project Manager,Operations of CESPE, I will continue my role as Project Manager with the addition of taking up the responsabilities related to the operational aspects within CESPE. I will continue to focus on technical support for the CESPE Innovation Accelerator & Incubator, attracting additional funding for the further development of the CESPE Innovation Accelerator & Incubator, and coordinating grant reporting to the Department of Economy Science and Innovation (EWI). Additionally, I will support in attracting industrial partners for commercialisation of the CESPE Incubator and maintaining relationships with internal and external policymakers. Furthermore, I will be responsible for the development and coordination of the CESPE Academy.

My post-doctoral topic continues on my PhD topic: Continuous Direct Compression - Investigation, optimization and development of an end-to-end system.Key topics addressed are:- Evaluating the impact of raw material properties and process settings on the process performance (i.e. feeding, blending and tableting)- Evaluating the impact of blend/formulation properties and process settings on continuous blending and tableting.- Evaluating the final drug product quality and drug product bioavailability and how it can be impacted by the process and raw materials- Development of a predictive platform for continuous direct compression- Evaluating the implementation of Process Analytical Technology in Continuous Direct Compression.
