Reporting directly to the CFO, I’m responsible for:- Ensure a constant support to the local Management interacting with all Business functions - Coordinate the accounting and reporting activities- Budgeting and Controlling activities with particular focus on industrial production (18 Mio EUR operational expenses)- Key-user in order to define the implementation guidelines of the Italy roll-out for SAP modules FI and COAchievements: - Development and introduction of the “Cost Control” concept at function level- Creation of tools to monitor some KPI at Business level- Optimized the processes related to the month-end activities

Palazzolo Milanese

- Month-end processes for all Italian plants and Clariant’s subsidiaries- Product costing and stock evaluation (avg. 14 Mio EUR)- Variance analysis and profitability by Product line (7 Business Units)- Budget process for operational expenses (25 Mio EUR) with related allocation/distribution by function/subsidiaries - Reporting at Local level (Top Management, internal functions and subsidiaries) and Global (HQ and Business controllers)- Interface with external entities (Auditors, Banks and Istat)- Key-user for setting the SAP modules FI and CO during the various company mergers carried out by the group

Pessano Con Bornago

- Responsible for Cost accounting- Operating margin analysis by Product or Business Line (12 Product Divisions)- Budget process for operational expenses (13 Mio EUR)- Support the Business on the variance analysis versus the standard- Team leader for new ERP System implementation (Microsoft Dynamics AX) in order to manage/control all operational processes and foreign branches

- Budget/Management accounting of operational expenses (20 Mio EUR)- Reporting at Global level (HQ in Toronto) and Local (Site Management and CFT’s)- Decision support to Top Management for Cost control, deviation analysis vs Budget and identification of main risk area- Finance support to Business functions for new process definition - Accounting coordinator for logistic processes related to inventory: purchasing, stock, production and sales- Key-user for SAP modules FI – CO – MM and PP during new SAP implementation in Italy and Czech Republic
