I am a R&D Executive with a wealth of experience developing novel Medical Devices and groundbreaking technologies for the most important markets in the World, such as the USA, Europe, and Australia.Having been part of the Medical Device industry for most of my professional life, I have a strong background and hands-on experience covering all aspects of the development cycle, from early concept creation, Intellectual Property strategy, Product Development within a Quality System, Clinical trials and Regulatory submissions, to market launch and Continuous Improvements.I am a curious and creative innovator, a hands-on leader, and a pragmatist with a passion for improving people’s quality of life. I hold a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico of Milan, Italy, specializing in vehicle dynamics, controls, and vehicle design.
