Meridian Port Services Ltd. is the largest container terminal in Ghana and jointly operated by APM Terminals and Bolloré Ports under a concession granted by the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA).In July 2016, the Works for the Construction of a new port and container terminal in Tema (Ghana) started. Joining the project team in November 2017 as IT Project Manager my role was to define and lead the implementation of the IT deliverables: Gate Automation, Navis N4 TOS, data center, wireless network.All deliverables in scope were implemented on time and within budget.

The Cronos Groep is the largest private held Information & Technology firm in Belgium specialised in software development, IT infrastructure projects and consultancy services.Achievements include:For a major container terminal operator, the implementation of a high-availability data center topology, the design and deployment of a SCADA network. Coaching of the local IT team to provide first level operational support.Principal network consultant during several years for an international dredging company, the scope included the design of highly redundant data centers and local/industrial networks for on- & offshore projects.Collaborated with the sales department to prepare, and consequently win, new project bids.Coach and support new team members to develop their talents and become qualified network consultants.

Contractor position on behalf of Cronos Group, member of the regional Networking & Computing Services department.Initially responsible for the design & delivery of WAN connectivity solutions to the Johnson & Johnson group of companies within the EMEA region.Project lead, reporting directly to PMO, for network transformation projects in critical hub and manufacturing locations for EMEA and ASPAC.Provided guidance to the local automation teams to implement secure, resilient manufacturing (SCADA) networks.
