My job was to support the WCM implementation at the Ben & Jerry's sourcing unit. I investigated how the new Line Performance Indicator system could be deployed in order to visualize and prioritize the biggest factory losses in a comprehensive Cost Deployment tool. Consecutively worked on the implementation, coaching the shopfloor and continuously improving the new system. (Grade: 8,1/10)
