I decided I want to build my own company and here I am. It is 2021 and I quit my job to begin the journey. Breed Metaal specialises in building and desiging custom and small serie products, made of steel. High quality products, made in The Netherlands. Since finishing school I have been busy with traveling, honing my skills and learning many new things. I learned how to forge, how to weld and sewing. I'm interested in everything I don't know.I want to explore this world full of design and help to design inspiring and useful products. Let's see if my experience can bring fruit to new ideas and products.I finished my bachelor degree in Product Design & Engineering (PDE) in 2012. For four years I studied Industrial Product Design at the Hogeschool Utrecht. In my second year I followed an internship at the company Wolterinck in Laren. Here I worked together with the senior designer in developing new designs for companies like Borek, Maretti and Linteloo. During my minor I studied Interior Design in South Africa at the Tshwane University of Technology. I passed all my subjects and made sure to learn more about the different people and cultures there.
