Responsible for:• Project delivery (electrical) in accordance with planning, specification, quality and budget;• Managing subcontractors (electrical, audio/video/IT, crane installation, yacht equipment);• Up to five projects under construction and five in preparation simultaneously;• Calculating required man power and equipment for each project and adjust the resource planning accordingly;• Maintaining the safety standard on a high level;• Production department organization;• Optimising work methods and production resources.
