Real Estate Analytics

- Responsible for directing effective and efficient business processes and for embedding the company's strategic ambitions within its operational implementation- Covering a.o. business transformation, innovation, strategy, IT, Legal, Compliance, AML, Risk, HR, Office Management - Ensure global roll-out of locally developped innovations- Part of the core EMEA Executive Leadership Team since May 2022- Responsible for IT and Finance in the EMEA OpCo since June 2022

- Responsible for the risk oversight and setting up the risk framework

- Responsible for the risk oversight of the UK office- Chair of the Operational Risk and Compliance Committee

- Responsible risk manager for the investment classes debt, commercial real estate and private equity. - Successfully set up and implemented the internal infrastructure for the debt investment class, including policies, process descriptions, rating models, model validations, databases and portfolio monitoring tools.

Analysing and advising on all kinds of financings within ING Commercial Banking, Real Estate Finance, a.o.:- bilateral loans, club deals, syndicated deals, financial/ operational lease, RCF's, derivatives - corporates, institutionals, private equity, real estate funds, private investors- national as well as international, with a primary focus on Europe- new transactions, reviews, modifications, watch-list

- Negotiate, structure and close finance transactions: new originations and restructurings, bilateral, club deals and syndicated deals, national (Germany) and Pan-European- Deal Captain- Portfolio management- Actively participating in the integration of REF Germany into ING DiBa as well as in the loan portfolio sale from REF Germany to ING DiBa

- Continuation of the business managers role while implementing the business plan- Advising on selling (part) of the loan portfolio to ING DiBa

- Reporting to CEO The Netherlands- Setting up and leading an expertise centre for internal and external purposes in regards to a € 1.55 billion German lending portfolio- Writing business plans, including analyses of the portfolio and activities, proposal of a new strategy and a change of the lending process

- Setting up the first German office in Frankfurt am Main- Originating and executing new deals while focussing on corporate and institutional clients- Establishing and maintaining a local network

- Working as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager and a Risk Manager as part of a rotation programme
