In my role as IT consultant I primarily fulfill Business Analyst work at Modis Life Sciences customers. I'm responsible for implementing electronic Content Management solutions, focussing on Veeva (Vault) R&D suite and SharePoint driven solutions. As business analyst I use a mixture of technical, analytical, industry knowledge & business skills to deliver the content management solution; qualitative, complete and with a good experience for the business and users. My main responsibilities are listed below- Gather and document requirements, - Build out Business Cases- Dry run testing configuration, - Prepare Validation documentation, - Prepare training materials and provide training sessions- prepare and execute Roll-Out strategy- Prepare Governance (SOP's, WI, templates). - Technical execution, configuration of Veeva Vault solutions and front-end design & configuration of SharePoint solutions (Javascript, HTML, CSS, javascript libraries like React, Flux)- Project Delivery Lead on projects

As process analyst I was responsible in designing, investigating, execution and reporting experiments and test setup in the laboratory for applicable projects and process updates. Roles and responsibilities were;- Full project management/execution of laboratory part of assigned projects- Written and oral reporting of results- Participation in project team meetings- Participation in risk/safety assessments at relevant projects- Lab support for new installation for cleaning UF6 cylinders, reconversion of heels and recertification of UF6 cylinders. As Technical service representative I was responsible for day to day activities at customer sites which consisted of taking and analysing process stream samples and providing dosage, process updates based on the insights. Roles and Responsibilities:- Analysis of process stream and process samples to look for and propose improvements and insights- Adjustment of provided specialty chemicals dosing- Reporting of result and recommendations throughout clients company structure, mostly at process engineers and shift leaders- Performing technical/practical tasks related to the change of chemical provider at Antwerp based client as a result of change of service and provider.
