As an ENT Procedure Specialist my responsibility is to drive adoption of a new technology to treat Chronic Sinusitis patients with Balloon Sinuplasty. Initially usage of the product in the OR and expand the usage as an in office based procedure As the office adopts the procedure I am integral in the training and development of the physcian and staff. In addition to clinical and procedural support I offer practice enhancement and development as well. By doing this I establish myself as an integral part of their entire practice and essentially a business partner.
