In this role, I provided digital marketing strategy advice and created multiple social media marketing content to promote the non-profit's May Spring Marketing Art Fundraising at the Landscape Arboretum. In addition to this, I crafted press releases for media outlets detailing the non-profit's art fundraiser to support their new Mental Health Grant at the Minneapolis College. Finally, I consulted with Dr. Renu Kumar to develop a Summer Class catalog for the non-profit.

In this role, I was responsible for collecting rent and other property fees from tenants paying property expenses (taxes, mortgage, insurance premiums, and maintenance costs). I was responsible for reporting a property's financial status, occupancy, and expiring leases to owners. Other responsibilities include interviewing potential tenants, assessing applications in compliance with MN anti-discrimination laws, advertising vacancies across multiple platforms, inspected properties for repairs or maintenance.

In this role, I shadowed the boutique owner and gained experience in the development process of building a marketing campaign for the 2019 holiday season. I was responsible for developing fresh social media content to boost business visibility in their new location, improve customer recognition and sales of new brand lines, and increase engagements in social media channels. I also worked with partnered brands to film, edit, and create cross promotional marketing content.
