Paul is a construction planning professional having worked within the industry for the past 22 years. He has progressed from site engineer though to Associate director within the planning department primarily working for main contracting companies. During this timeframe he has worked on a broad number of construction projects covering the whole project development cycle both in the UK and overseas.
