Assist clients in various sectors throughout South East Asia to implement good international OHS practices in line with IFC performance standards. Projects include: i) conduct high level risk assessments; ii) develop standards and procedures to ensure OHS compliance including development and implementation of training and coaching programs; and iii) audit OHS management systems.

• Provide OHS support for ongoing IFC projects in Asia and the Middle East. My tasks include: i) reviewing incident investigations and other documents; ii) conducting supervision and audit visits; iii) drafting and reviewing improvement plans; and iv) presenting and discussing these plans with relevant internal and external stakeholders including NGO’s.• Conducting and participating in E&S due diligence of proposed investments including writing and discussing ESRS, ESAP and board paper documents.• Co-author of “Interim advice for IFC clients on preventing and managing health risk of COVID-19 at the workplace”. Training IFC E&S specialist on this advice. Presenting the IFC approach to 3rd parties and providing specialist support for projects.

• Led the transition of the Thai HSE organisation to become a -world class- performing operation.• Achieved a safety awareness culture change at both staff, management, and service provider level.• Achieved a significant (80%) reduction of number of accidents.

• Built and led a successful OHS and environmental consultancy department consisting of over 20 staff members. Our services included OHS consultancy, ESIA, environmental site due diligence, LEED implementation and construction safety management. • Developed HSE standards for operations and construction projects to ensure implementation of high performing OHS management in line with international standards such as IFC performance standards.• Senior OHS consultant and lead auditor for complex HSE problems. • Operational responsible for HSE performance at large and complex investment projects. • Develop and implement coaching and training programs to increase capacity of staff, clients, and contractors.

Development and implementation of a SHE management systems to ensure a safe design and construction of the largest new plant from L'Oreal. I achieved over 3.000.000 million man-hour LTA free construction hours far outperforming similar construction projects in Indonesia. My role included: design reviews; contractor selection; development of standards; selection&training of staff, audit of system implementation and of SHE performance during all stages of the project.
