Two years’ industry experience as a Process Engineer in a fast paced, high volume and regulated multinational manufacturing company. This role involved the continuous monitoring and improvement of process and product quality and optimising output.Prior to industry, performed R&D within a wet chemistry laboratory while undertaking PhD in Chemistry. This research involved the synthesis of novel materials for use in the sensing component of analytical medical devices, the analytical testing of these devices and the analytical and physical characterisation of the synthesised materials. Prior to PhD I undertook a B.Sc. Hons in both Biology and Chemistry.
