Clover is an indiepop band formed in 2001 in Jakarta Indonesia with the line up Ms. Tia in vocals and guitars, Ms. Nanda in guitars, Ms. Hana in bass, Ms. Tania in keyboards, and Mrs. Zara in drums. In 2003, Clover released a debut e.p. called Prelude to Departure which is released as a gift for Ms. Hana who’d like to study in China for about a year. After, Mrs. Hana came home, Clover re-released the e.p plus 2 new songs. Right now, Clover’’s full length album has already released and available in the record stores. It’s released under the label Paviliun Records. The first single from the album is also available for downloads. Not just that, the single itself was remixed by Miya of Microtone, a DJ from Japan.You can also get Untill Whenever album in i-tunes released under Japanese record, Soundandlife, along with several remixes.

thedyingsirensAn infamous indie rock music project from Jakarta. Pugar Restu Julian/Uga (Singer/Songwriter) invented thedyingsirens (written in small fonts with no space, font: Creampuff) in 2002 in Jakarta.He recorded almost 20 songs only in 3 months in 2002 with his PC and other instruments that he borrowed from some friends. The music is between acoustic and electronic, but the electronic factor is because he recorded in his boredom bedroom with his PC and not in the real recording studio. He ’s not sure about the genre, some called it alternative, some called it post rock, some called it lo-fi, others called it 90’s revival. But if he has to say the genre, then he prefer to make another genre called “alternaive”.Or, let’s just call it POP. In 2006 thedyingsirens has become his priority project again.After Contributing in OST “Thank You and Goodnight Mother” , Compilation “Paviliun Doremi”, thedyingsirens released EP “Kapalku Telah Pergi” and then full album “Sketches of a Humming”, and contributed in Compilation“Indonesian Noise – Make Trade Fair”. On Feb 2009, thedyingsirens released new free download single“ByeBye” in the official website (www.thedyingsirens.com) On stage, thedyingsirens is perfoming with additional players.

Finally, after Call Me Nancy had through some several troubles and boundaries, they have found our best fitter formation. Indonesian Indierock / Shoegaze Band, Friday might be a holy day for some or just the end of the work week for others. This Friday marks the day Surabaya was firmly placed on the alternative music map. It was started when Bram, Guntur, Komar, Phiet, and Edi mixed their creative thoughts into a band back in 1999. The mechanized melancholy of the group recalls Black Rebel Motorcycle Club or earlier memories of Radiohead. Although Edi decided to call it quit n 2000, the spirit of the group keep on moving up and better, they released an EP, Mind To Get Close, in 2003.In 2006, the band came out with an LP released by Aksara Records. The LP Sitting On Anything Cold which consists of tracks that would satisfy the greatest of gothic cravings. Later on in 2009, the band released another EP, Latitude Longitude, which was launched among the stars above Planetarium Cikini, Jakarta. Now, the guitarist of the band, Guntur quit the band. His position later on replaced by Agung.
