After my period as Accounts Executive I was promoted to the post of Finance Manager and my primary job role is to supervise all the staff’s work and to ensure the quality of the works what are being sent to UK whilst ensuring 100% accuracy and error free.* Responsible for managing a team of 35 Trainee Accountants, Assistant Accountants and Team Leaders, ensuring they are achieving the goals of the team and organization as a whole.* Management of clients' management and year-end accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the details.* Final review of Accounts (Full & ABR) and Tax Returns (CT600, CGT, and IHT) before releasing them for the client’s approval.* Advising clients on their VAT (Flat Rate Scheme, Standard Scheme & Cash Accounting Scheme), Accounts (FRS 105 & FRS 102), Corporation Tax (CT600), Partnership Tax, Personal Tax (SA100), etc.* Review of weekly & monthly payroll and submission of RTIs (FPS & EPS) to HMRC.* Liaising with various tax authorities and analyzing tax returns of offshore countries to prepare workings for World Wide Disclosure (WWD).* Liaising with HMRC and clients to sort out tax investigations.* Assist clients to prepare CIS Returns and maintain bookkeeping records.* Communicating and organizing meetings with staff and team leaders to prioritize and expedite the jobs that are in progress.* Providing on-the-job training to staff on recent updates from HMRC, UK and Companies House, UK.* Mentoring and training new starts, ensuring their performance and career goals are achieved.

I commenced tenure with the Company as an Accounts Executive and was engaged in the UK process. This being my second working experience, such caliber helped me to develop the required basic knowledge of an organization together with the IT skills, communication skills with foreign clients and specially to obtain a basic understanding on how a company in the BPO sector operates.
