Translate customer requirements into formal agreements, establishing specific solutions, and leading the efforts that culminate in client acceptance of the results. Develop program, project, product, and business strategies, reviews these with client executive management, and implements the resulting solutions on their contracts. Has overall responsibility for contractual cost, schedule, and deliverables. Manage IBM resources and coordinate client resources to deliver services and solutions to support the client organization.
