Field Support
Current• Cleans, delivers, and collects medical equipment according to the Department policies and procedures• Verify and deliver the proper equipment by visually checking Department requests and obtaining a verbal verification as needed, in accordance with established Department procedures• Delivers and/or sets up required equipment at various patient care areas throughout the hospital in a safe and efficient manner• Notifies nursing staff of equipment and records delivery and/or pick up• Provides support to transfer process of equipment from, or to, the Distribution Department• Executed basic operational checks on all equipment ready for distribution and for use• Maintained the confidentiality of patient information, in accordance with company policies• Establishes positive working relationships with team members and customers throughout the hospital• Maintains knowledge of all equipment and related skills• Mentors junior personnel to ensure common procedures are being followed• Coordinates through each hospital collecting Sigma Spectrum IV pumps from patient rooms, Nurse Stations, Operating rooms, NICU, PACU, ICU, ER, etc.• Accounts: Various locations in Kentucky, New York, Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, New Hampshire, Maryland, New Jersey, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina
