My aim in 2003 was to form an un-agency — a collective of top notch freelance creatives representing a variety of skill sets to provide a full spectrum of marketing expertise to clients. Since then, I’ve specialized in brand development and execution from the ground up, and have been instrumental in establishing global brands in mountain biking such as the Enduro World Series and Crankworx, and arts and culture festivals such as Squamish Wind Festival, Whistler Jazz Fest and Whistler’s Great Outdoors Festival. During this time, I also lent my skills to countless real estate projects as a brand builder.The life of a sole proprietor is a case study in evolution. Over the years, I’ve become an expert generalist; adaptable to changing technology without getting bogged down in the noise, and nimble enough to deploy left- or right-brain skills (or both) to tasks as needed. I'm also deeply community-minded, devoting time to boards and committees as well as pro-bono projects for non-profits. Collaboration and riffing on ideas lights my fire. I consistently excel in fast-paced environments of all sizes and am adept at planning, deadline management and motivating colleagues.

Responsible for design & layout of 14 luxury magazines published in North America's most sought-after high-end real estate locations with a focus on design-build, renovations, interior design & architecture. Develop & maintain BUILD brand, ensuring all communications adheres to standards.

Spearheaded a recent re-branding initiative. Responsible for ongoing marketing efforts of the school, including planning and reporting, communications and media relations, graphic design, website rebuild and maintenance. Wrote a successful grant to bring First Nations curriculum to the school.

Proof reading and fact checking for Mountain Life - Coast + Mountain Life Rockies publications. Was also responsible for suggesting story revisions & re-writes.

Responsible for corporate re-brand, design and launch of all marketing materials. Marketing and social media planning and content.

As senior designer, I was responsible for design & strategy of all marketing initiatives. I was the point person for all business units, i.e. Food & Beverage, Ski School, Public Relations & Operations. Responsible for scheduling, hiring designers & freelancers, overseeing photographers, and conducting performance reviews.

Managed staff, freelance writers and photographers to produce weekly entertainment section. Edited copy and wrote columns. Responsible for editorial layout and ad design.
