As Creative Director I headed up a far reaching brand transformation that included a totally new vision, logo and identity. Under my creative leadership MYOB featured regularly in the top ten Most Innovative Companies list by Fairfax Media.

Initially engaged on a freelance basis, I eventually took on a role of creative problem solver for the agency. I worked across most clients, with a focus on developing digitally centric ideas. During my tenure the agency experienced rapid growth, thanks to a series of new business wins, including Australian Dairy, ME Bank and Nike.

When I arrived at Wunderman Melbourne it had been without a dedicated creative department for some time. By the time I left 4 ½ years later it had a floating team of seven creative people. Our biggest client was Ford, with whom we worked locally, as well as across the Asia Pacific region. During my tenure we added big names like Fosters, Yellowglen, Kraft, ME Bank and BP to the client roster.Under my creative leadership the agency was shortlisted for B&T Victorian Agency of The Year 2008 and 2009, B&T DM Agency of The Year in 2010, as well as being Highly Commended in the AdNews 2010 Agency of The Year awards.

After many years in agencies I took time out and established my own creative consultancy. This was very rewarding as I got to work closely with clients on creative, strategy and copywriting.

In addition to my consulting work I also lectured in the Bachelor of Communication at RMIT. I took classes in Campaigns, Copywriting, Advanced Copywriting and Advertising Projects. I also supervised Honours students.

I helped establish this start up agency in early 2003. In our first year we won new business, increased staffing and had several finalists at the Australian Catalogue Awards.

Working from the FCB offices in London I worked primarily on digital communications, managing virtual teams across Europe on Samsung, Compaq, Dimension Data and Chrysler.

As Group Head I supervised the agency's creative output on clients such as Eastern Energy and Granada. I also worked as senior copywriter on key clients such as British Telecom, Alliance & Leicester, Red Cross and Volkswagen.

I started at JWT as a copywriter working on clients such as Blockbuster, Coles Supermarkets, Ford and Herald & Weekly Times. I was eventually promoted to Creative Director where I created and supervised award winning work on Hewlett Packard, Ericsson and Kraft.
