Managing expenses, I negotiate with wholesalers to minimize medication expenses and other vendors to contain costs. I prepare and manage a total budget of more than $11.5 million. I strive to ensure patient safety and satisfaction by monitoring performance indicators. I am involved in providing training to medical staff and provide constructive feedback to pharmacy staff. I launched the Meds-to-Beds program at the Parker, CO location, providing bedside delivery to hospital discharge patients.AllHealth Network provides professional, culturally inclusive behavioral health services through a full range of specialized programs that serve approximately 17,000 people of all ages, with concerns varying from every day troubles to those with severe and persistent mental illness.
