I am a licensed pharmacist and successful leader with over two decades of community/retail pharmacy experience. As a Vice President of Pharmacy Services, I help pharmacies succeed by focusing on pharmacy metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening teams, and building a loyal customer base. I have a passion for streamlining processes, improving efficiency and developing new programs to keep my pharmacies current, relevant, and competitive. I balance a strong business acumen with pharmacy expertise in order to operate pharmacies that provide exceptional care.I currently manage by strategically planning and executing all aspects of pharmacy operations and finances. Through meticulous monitoring, staff management, implementing innovative programs, strategic execution, and diligent follow-through, I have demonstrated revenue growth, increased prescription volumes and improved margins for both pharmacies.As a Pharmacist, I am a compassionate, patient-centered advocate that enjoys providing medication expertise and quality care to my patients in order to improve their health and well-being. My experience has provided me a diverse exposure to many different types of pharmacy practice, including inpatient, chain, home health, hospice, oncology, and behavioral health pharmacy; which grants me a broad understanding of different pharmacy perspectives.I think it is imperative to establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with executives, colleagues, medical professionals, and community partners.
