Providing Richmond with a festive and safe ride option to breweries, distilleries and cideries

● Manage daily and monthly reporting of online paid B2C and B2B marketing channels which includes Google Adwords, Bing Ads, PPC partnerships and affiliate marketing networks● Collaborate with our affiliate marketing company to make optimization recommendations and provide insight into any issues with current partners ● Assist with setting up social media ads and campaigns● Work closely with partners and our finance team to report/finalize monthly spend for B2B and B2C paid marketing channels● Assist team with various daily, weekly and monthly tasks and reports

● Implement the build of new accounts with the respect to all products offered including; Tax Credits, Background Checks, E-Verify, Skills Assessment, and Data Integration● Manage up to 40 accounts at a time, in a timely manner while delivering project updates to both internal & external customers● Effectively use CRM tool to accurately document processes and client status reports● Expert in all product offerings to troubleshoot and offer client training, assist with project QA/testing

● Provide exceptional service as the first-level contact for all customers● Execute account updates and answer all inquiries ● Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Account Executives regarding customers and insight into accounts● Utilized as a reference by other teams on a daily basis, collaborate and assist with workload when needed

● Provide service and support to Account Managers and Account Executives● Process account requests for new and existing customers● Prioritize and manage workload to ensure requests are completed by deadlines

● Plan/coordinate/work various events and conferences● Recruit new members and retain current members● Film/edit member testimonials, prepare reports and give status updates to various Sections/Committees● Maintain and update member database (over 5,500 members) ● Solicit and recognize donations for the VBA Foundation
