Branden’s primary focus was on distressed properties, remodel projects and the real estate investor market.Between 2011 and 2014, he had the privilege and honor of working as a national speaker and instructor for both short sales (CDPE) as well as the investor market (CIAS). Since 2016, Branden has been an instructor for The Real Estate Negotiation Institute and teaches the popular Certified Negotiation Expert course. He has traveled from Portland, Maine to Seattle, Washington and has taught hundreds of specialized training courses.Most recently, he co-founded an exciting new real estate agent training company called The Real Edge – Total Agent Training.
