It was my role to bring traffic to ITtrader through direct contact, marketing, social media activity, and by running our Google Adwords campaign. I also acted as an account manager, or a broker, for buyers by fully utilizing the company's vendor network of over 3,200 companies to connect purchasers directly with quality, stocking vendors.What do I do?: - Setup and maintain Google AdWords campaigns and worked with our team for SEO (Search Engine Optimization).- Assisted buyer's in technology procurement, specifically hard-to-find or assumed obsolete stock, by connecting technology buyers with a worldwide network marketplace of current and legacy technology product sellers. - Provided content and manage social media sites for the company.- Called existing and potential customers of ITtrader resellers that had needs for technology parts & equipment. - Generated leads of my own and utilized purchased lists of companies who could best benefit from the company's resources.- Utilized a contact management program to maintain periodic contact with members and non-members.- Facilitated one-on-one and group conference calls for tours and discussed customized benefits to greatly improve their buying options.- Created, presented, and assisted in the planning and roll-out of marketing efforts, including email, mail, and press-packs to entice larger companies to promote the company name and brand.

 Supported Rochester & multiple locations throughout the U.S. Sourced for qualified active and passive candidates via job boards, established pipelines, employee and sourcing referrals, Google, and RecruitMax/Vurv recruiting software. Wrote creative job postings to catch the attention of active candidates. Revised resumes and type candidate summaries for submittal to clients. Maintained contact with pipeline candidates to keep them “warm” for upcoming positions. Prepared candidates for interviews with clients. Closed candidate on pay rate. One of two recruiters that handled a workload of sourcing and submitting resumes for a steady average of over 30 jobs to over 4 clients. Offered positions to candidates when client wishes to pursue employment. Sent background checks and employment applications.

 Conducted presentations to students at 30 assigned schools. Interviewed prospective students to help them with career decisions and pre-qualify them to consider for application to Hamilton College. Met expected sales numbers by generating high school and adult leads. Planned efficient travel plans that minimized cost and maximized results. Maintained follow up records to retain students and obtain referrals.
