My goal as a Pre Collections Representative is to follow up on delinquent self pay balances, assist the patients in understanding their bills and obtaining payment on the outstanding monies within 90 days of the balance becoming patient responsibility. I review delinquent patient balances on a monthly basis for each client looking for recent payments.

All aspects of billing for both Sleep Studies and DME to treat sleep disorders. Verify patient insurance policies, enter charges for services/equiptment, submitting claims to insurance companies with the appropriate approval/attachments required, follow up on un paid claims with the insurance carriers, follow up on delinquint patient balances, follow up on.
