Worked and productionalized a complete rewrite of a backend vb6 multi-tenant database application into multiple Azure SAS durable functions with a Web API service layer backend and a consolidated database. Led four development teams on this effort with little to no BA/PO involvement and ported over hundreds of thousands of lines of code of business critical functionality. Released the database and code to production over the course of a year and had no sev1 outages. The developers were located throughout the states as well as nearshore locales.
