Received my Multiple Subject credential and Masters in Educational Science at California Baptist University in March of 2019. Currently a Long Term Substitute in a 3rd Grade classroom virtually. My strengths included, but are not limited to, implementing engaging lessons, executing efficient classroom management skills, developing strong relationships with students, as well as effective communication with my Professional Learning Community as well as parents. Through my work experience and education, I have mastered the ability to perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner with capability to self-motivate with sometimes little direction. I am a determined, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a productive, positive and creative environment. My college education and recent work experience has helped me master many skills including business professionalism, good work ethic, effective communication, and advanced computer competencies.
