• Responsible for providing non-clinical support to the Medical Management and/or Operations areas• Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Gathers clinical information regarding case and determines appropriate area to refer or assign case (utilization management, case management, QI, Med Review)• Create Outpatient, DME, and surgical preauthorization’s for review• Provides information regarding network providers or general program information when requested• May assist with complex cases• May act as liaison between Medical Management and/or Operations and internal departments• Maintains and updates tracking databases• Prepares reports and documents all actions.• Follow all policies and guidelines for Anthem Healthkeepers Plus Medicaid• Policy knowledge of assistance programs such as Medicaid Long-Term Supports and Services (known as LTSS).• Experience analyzing, interpreting, and applying federal and state laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines• Experience meeting deadlines.

Loss Mitigation Home Preservation Client Representative Assist borrowers over the phone as a Single Point of Contact, to find solutions to maintain home ownership. If retention options are not possible, discuss liquidation options including short sales and deeds in lieu. Works with defaulted borrowers, investors including FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Portfolio. Analyzing housing credit and income information, identifying and recommending options for borrowers of decision, current status, options and timelines throughout the process, while pushing loans through the pipeline. Use different systems/documents to research escalations by mail, phone and email including: PLX, MSP/Lending Portal and Clarifire. Work closely with Litigation and Mediation departments to determine if communication can be made with clients. Assist with reviewing Policy and Procedure Managements (PPM’s) to ensure updates are taking place.
